i WOULD LIKE TO SIGN UP FOR THE IA THROUGH NE PART OF THE CONVOY STARTING AT THE IN / IA STATE LINE

I'm representing the Southern Lake Michigan Chapter of the MVPA. We have some membership interest in participating as the convoy moves through our area, between South Bend Indiana and the Illinois line somwhere. And probably only as a day trip. How do we go about doing this?
